In the past year alone, Asbestos exposure and the associated risks have received unprecedented publicity, and for very good reason.

Asbestos affects the lungs, causes Mesothelioma and Cancer.

Our role is to ensure that everyone affected by Asbestos has the quality of their lives improved following the award of cash compensation.

For manual workers over 50, the risk of previous Asbestos exposure is now thought to be dangerously high - and on the increase. Look on our Symptoms page for more information.

Asbestos was banned in 1989, yet was widely used during the 50’s, 60’s and 70’s in building materials as a thermal insulator for walls, flooring, ceilings, insulation, roofing, fireproofing and automotive products. Asbestos dust was also found in packaging and even wallpaper tiles and various other acoustic soundproofing products.

Many workers exposed to Asbestos during the 50’s, 60’s and 70’s did so without knowing how much it would ultimately cost them.

If you were employed in a manual trade during these three decades, and believe you may be affected by Asbestos, then please read on.
